10.0Decoración muy bonita , no faltaba un detalle , Federico el anfitrión un crack, quites ssber algo de Florencia te lo dice , donde comer que ver , donde comprar , una persona cerbcana y muy amable , vamos que la próxima vez que regrese ya se donde alojarme . Te ouedes preparar tu desayuno al gusto.
Great way to see Florence
10.0Federico was super friendly in person and had a lot of great restaurant suggestions. I actually happened to be the only guest at the time, so I had the whole place to myself. The room itself was very beautiful and better than the pictures. The AC worked well at night. Despite being on a busy street, the bedroom faces away and is super quiet. The location is very convenient, especially if you travel by train and want to see the center of town. I was able to do a day trip to Pisa really easily.
− There was some sort of construction going on overhead so that got a bit noisy in the morning sometimes.
When in Firenze!
10.0Owners were very accommodating. Very spacious and made us feel like it was our own in Firenze. Close to the train and bus station.
− It was a fair hike up the many stairs (no elevator) with or without heavy luggage. Not for the faint of physicality. As long as we are in good shape, we would do it again.

10.0Federico were exceptionally friendly, warm, and welcoming, offering us a lot of help. He treated us like friends—helping carry our luggage and introducing us to many great restaurants and attractions. Even in the evenings, he continued assisting us via WhatsApp with any issues. The entire hotel had a home-like atmosphere, clean and tidy. Highly recommended.
