La ubicación es excelente, cerca del metro y relativamente cerca del centro historico. Hay una cafeteria muy buena cruzando la calle y multitud de supermercados alrededor. La chica de la limpieza muy simpatica y atenta.

− Las Indicaciones para encontrar el edificio son confusas. No aparecen el nombre de Li Hong escrito en ningún sitio. Es un edificio comprado por alguna familia o empresarios Chinos que alquilan habitaciones. Realmente no hay “check-in” como tal, te van enviando las instrucciones por WhatsApp con los codigos para abrir las distintas puertas (principal, “recepcion”, y la de tu piso). Puede resultar confuso para personas que no están acostumbradas a este tipo de “autoservicio”.

Oda temiz ve metro istasyonlarına yakındı. Yürüme mesafesi ile ise kolezyum a yakındı. Etrafta yemek ve kahvaltı için mekan imkanları da oldukça iyiydi.

Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Customer Service and Security Concerns

The only think I like this property was the location and it was close to the historic part of Rome

− I had a very disappointing experience staying at this property in Rome. The customer service was extremely poor. When I arrived, I had difficulty finding the building and repeatedly called and texted the person responsible for guest assistance. Unfortunately, I received no response for nearly two hours. As a visitor unfamiliar with the area, this was very frustrating and stressful. Additionally, before my arrival, I specifically requested a safe deposit box for my room because I was traveling for business and carrying important documents and personal belongings. The representative assured me that one would be provided, but it never was. As a result, I was forced to carry my valuables with me throughout Rome, which was both inconvenient and concerning from a security standpoint. Due to the lack of support and the failure to provide basic accommodations that were promised, I decided to check out early and move to another property where I could feel more secure. I contacted the representative and requested a refund for one unused night, but my request was denied. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with my stay and would not recommend this property. Rome offers many other accommodations with professional, responsive staff who genuinely care about their guests.
