− Wir hatten 6 Tage gebucht langfristig vorher, und bekamen nur ein Zimmer im 10.Stock ( bei 32 Stockwerken). Vor dem Hotel befindet Sich eine Großbaustelle die den Blick auf die Sands Bay deutlich verschlechterte. Zusätzlich war der Besuch der Bar im 32 Stock nicht im Preis inbegriffen, der sollte allen Hotelgästen freistehen

Wonderful staff, gorgeous rooms and really lovely pool. Club food needs a review.
9.0All staff from doorman when we arrived at 6:30am, check-in, Club reception and welcome, absolutely everyone we spoke to whop served us at the Club, all staff to help us manage our bags and ultimately leave were just outstanding. A credit to the hotel and truely lovely people. The facilities and particularly the room were absolutely amazing, the pool a really pleasant surprise, so nice to spend the afternoon in. As a one night stopover, where we did not want to go into the city, this hotel was perfect.
− When looking for a Club Room experience we had read that the food offered at Ritz was next level, I think one review suggested it was a 'Gourmet Club Experience'. Breakfast was fantastic and was really enjoyable, but the food offered throughout the day didn't meet that standard. The evening food was actually poor and cold, it was well below what we expected, below other hotels and we really felt that it did not meet any standard that could be called Ritz Carlton. A real shame as this was what we had booked into the hotel for in our one night stop over.

The Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge is open from 06:30 to 23:30 daily. Guests below 12 years of age are welcome between 06:30 and 18:30. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.
