9.0Персонал максимально дружелюбный, обслуживание было 10 из 10, в номере было чисто. Отдельно порадовала возможность не заказывать уборку в обмен на бесплатные напитки в баре. Есть возможность оставить багаж после выезда. Внутри номера очень удобная кровать и матрас.
− В канем номере было очень маленькое окно далеко от кровати, которое выходит во внутренний двор и на лестницу. Из-за этого даже в 12 часов дня в комнате было темно, постоянно приходилось включать свет.

10.0Le personnel est vraiment très à l’écoute, très aimable et disponible\. Ils répondent rapidement aux demandes et nous ont très bien accueillis et traités pendant tout le séjour\. Le petit déjeuner est également copieux et varié\. L’hôtel est très bien situé, avec le métro à proximité, ce qui permet de rejoindre facilement le centre de Barcelone\. C’est vraiment pratique pour visiter la ville.

− Avevo scelto una camera grande ampia,, ma quando sono arrivata non era così, era picolla e senza vista a nessuna parte.
