Could be great but not worth the money at present…
6.0History and friendliness of staff, breakfast area a nice touch, lovely coffee…
− Price considering no on site restaurant or bar due to refurb work. Also, because I checked in late I didn’t get the upgrade I was expecting (although they say it’s not guaranteed).. Room really basic.. was told I had a view but it was basically a roof with lots of pipes!

Zimmer in oberen Etagen gegen Westen sind sehr ruhig und haben Aussicht. Die Lage ist perfekt.
10.0Mein Zimmer war in einer oberen Etage gegen Westen - tolle Aussicht mit Sonnenuntergang und vor allem sehr ruhig, was selten ist in New York! Lobby sehr hilfsbereit. Kein Frühstück wegen Renovation, es hat aber in der Nähe viele Restaurants mit Frühstück. Grossartig ist der Park, an welchem das Hotel liegt.
− Nicht alle Zimmer haben Aussicht, einige blicken gegen Mauern - also unbedingt ein Zimmer in den oberen Etagen buchen.
Not worth the money!
7.0Location and cleanliness
− For the price, as a minimum should be coffee in the room. Are you supposed to go in pajamas to grab it in the lobby? No water in the room. Mattress very uncomfortable.

8.0This is a 3 star hotel and to be fair, it delivers on that. It is very 'dated' but great location and the best (but still expensive) price I could find in Greenwich Village. Staff are very helpful and considerate.
