ok but no elevator , all rooms on 2 nd fl to the 4th floors
5.0No english speaking staff, first night no hot water , no clear instructions on how to use appliances. The housekeeper very good and accommodating

Lovely neighborhood, quaint hotel room!
9.0Check-in was smooth; the host reached out over whats app in advance of the stay to confirm check-in time and offered us a map when we arrived to orient us to our surroundings. Neighborhood is lovely; so close to the Vatican for a lovely evening stroll, and close by to many wonderful restaurants and the river!
− As noted prior, you have to carry your suitcases up at least 2 flights of steps to access check-in and your room. No view from our room, sadly, but that also contributed to it being lovely and quiet during the day and night! The overhead shower didn't work except for a few drips (possibly poor water pressure), but the sprayer worked!

Our stay was pleasant and comfortable!
10.0The property was perfectly located for a visit to the Vatican. Our receptionist was very kind and accommodating. The hotel booked our taxi for us to catch an early flight to FCO airport, which was so easy and worry-free. Our room was cool, water was provided, as well as coffee, tea and snacks. The bathroom was large and spacious, the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. We were so grateful for the AC after such hot weather in Rome!!
