Un sitio con un servicio pésimo , cero calidad de atención , un esfuerzo poder entrar a la puerta del departamento donde

Al llegar no se sabía cómo hacer para ingresar,nada correspondía, la info para ingresar no era clara, todo anónimo, finalmente logramos hablar con el dueño telefónicamente y lograr ingresar. Desagradable el ingresa al sitio, no hay nadie esperando la llegada o atento. El internet no funcionaba, se cortaba y tenía una clave infinita. Nada amigable el servicio
− La atención, un desastre. Llegar con las valijas y tardar 45 minutos dando vueltas por pasillos de un edificio, sin cartelera , sin ninguna persona que te indique dónde ingresar.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Trastevere
10.0The location is in the heart of Trastevere and it’s easy to walk or take bus H to the tourist attractions. The owner communicated check in instruction well and was very quick to answer any questions. We were able to leave our bags in a safe storage space after check out. He also offered to call a taxi to the airport. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely return! Thank you!

− Check-in experience wasn’t good but thankfully that was the only thing as bad and we did enjoy our stay.
