Great location, friendly staff and spacious room.
9.0Great location and room was clean and comfortable. All staff were friendly.
− Some decor in communal areas were a bit outdated and the gym was out of service, but these were minor. Overall a great hotel.

A perfect stay in the centre of London
10.0The location was excellent with many travel options on the doorstep. All of the staff I interacted with were helpful and friendly and the lady who checked me in was wonderful (I unfortunately didn't get her name) and super friendly! I arrived at about 9:30 am and the room was ready for me to check straight in which was a very welcome surprise! Breakfast was delicious with lots of options and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
