Beautiful Hotel with a couple of Suggested Improvements
8.0The hotel is beautifully decorated, and the rooms are lovely. The location is a quiet street but extremely close to the Duomo.
− Because of a canceled flight, two of the three rooms were not used for one night. The hotel did not offer any flexibility on this- not even a complimentary coffee!
