− Receptionist scortesi, avevamo accordi per lasciare i bagagli, ma quando siamo arrivati in hotel si sono rifiutati. Così in 1 giorno ho dovuto cercare un altro posto a caro prezzo, che li custodisse. Veramente poco seri, se mi avessero avvisato prima non avrei prenotato.
