− Very noisy aircon in the room. It was waking me up when it was triggered. Breakfast was bad. Not much choice. Low quality products. Like in a basic motel

1.0The property itself was comfortable and generally met my expectations. However, my experience after the stay significantly affected my overall impression of Hyatt.
− I was very disappointed with the lack of responsiveness regarding my questions about the payment and charges associated with my stay. I made inquiries seeking clarification, but instead of receiving clear answers, I felt my questions were being avoided. As a Hyatt loyalty member, I expected much better communication and customer service. The way this issue has been handled has seriously affected my confidence in the Hyatt brand and will make me reconsider staying with Hyatt properties in the future.

− Encontre la habitacion con olor raro... sentia olor a humedad y polvo. El equipo de aire estaba al piso y no se sebtia buena fustribuicion o curculacion de aire. Parecia no funcionar bien. Se nota un poco antiguo, loa muebles bo estaban en buen estado. No se notaba limpieza impecable, sabanas y cubiertas no etan comodas igual que las toallas.
