10.0Zimmer komfortabel und sauber. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Was ich sehr gut finde, das man Wasser unbegrenzt nachfüllen kann. Flaschen auf dem Zimmer. Spender im.Foyer. Restaurant Tozi außergewöhnlich lecker. Zwar etwas teurer...aber den Preis wert.

− ⭐ **1 STAR – Completely unacceptable experience at Park Plaza Vondelpark** We arrived at Park Plaza Vondelpark with a one-night Booking reservation after having problems with our flight to London. When we arrived, we personally spoke with the gentleman at reception and clearly explained that we needed to stay for a second night. We were told that this was fine and that we could pay for the additional night at check-out the following day. After spending the whole day in Amsterdam, we returned to the hotel at night with our two young children and discovered that **all of our belongings had been removed from our room without our permission and without anyone calling or messaging us.** They had treated our stay as if we were supposed to check out that morning, completely ignoring what had been agreed with reception. The hotel was fully booked, so we were left **at night, with two children, without a room and with all of our belongings removed.** The only “solution” they offered was what they themselves described as a maintenance room, for approximately **USD 450**, even though we only needed it for about three hours before leaving for the airport for our 7 a.m. flight. What was most disappointing was not only the mistake itself, but **the complete lack of responsibility and an appropriate solution from the hotel.** Removing a family's belongings from their room without even attempting to contact them, and then leaving them without accommodation at night, is completely unacceptable. **Terrible experience. We would neither return nor recommend this hotel.** --- ⭐ **1 ESTRELLA – Experiencia completamente inaceptable en Park Plaza Vondelpark** Llegamos con una reserva de una noche por Booking debido a un problema con nuestro vuelo a Londres. Al llegar hablamos personalmente con recepción y avisamos que necesitábamos quedarnos una segunda noche. Nos dijeron que no había problema y que pagaríamos esa noche adicional al hacer el check-out al día siguiente.
Generally very happy with our stay overall. Access to the trams and buses was easy.

− No proper cupboard space. Just a small rack to hang a few things. The rest we had to live out of our suitcase.
