− La chambre n est pas du tout à la hauteur du prix ! Pas de machines à café, ni peignoir pour la piscine, tres sombre. Passé 350 euros la nuit , on s attend à une chambre plus grande que dans un chaîne classique

5.0Our room specifically had a view of the Colosseo and the rooftop pool with the view is incredible.
− The key cards to the room NEVER worked. I had to get new seats of keys multiple times a day, every single day I was there. I was given the reason being as they were magnetic so they’d rub against the Apple Watch, wallet, etc and go bad. So I kept it sitting on its own gently in a bag and it continued to happen. Was very frustrating and while yes there’s 24/7 concierge, it was frustrating to have to go to them every time we wanted to get into the room.
