The worst hotel in my life
1.0* Nothing to like except the location
− * Bad hotel to stay on it similar to a motel or one star hotel. * Very small room and it's smell bad * The toilet is bad. * Don't think of staying bad experience * Lots of noises can't sleep

8.0Location It was our 2nd stay after a tour & Mohammad looked after us beautifully with the first stay so we booked an extra night after our tour. We found him very accomodating after a long flight & early arrival. Impressed!
− No fridge & a daily/overnight charge to store luggage but the ice machine made it work & understand space is a premium in NYC
Great hotel if you want to be in the middle of the action
8.0- You can't beat the location. Close to Penn Station, Times Square, Bryant Park etc. - Hotel staff was amazing, specially the mail room lady, she made my day and was extremely helpful, accomodating and polite! An absolute star. - AC in the rooms was on point, which helped when going back inside from the scorching NY heat. - Rooms were a bit dated but were not small and the bed was comfy.
− At this price I can't complain about anything, excellent value.
Very comfortable stay at a great location
8.0The view from the room was beautiful Location was great and very convenient close to the subway I liked the art deco style Beds very comfortable, black out blinds and air con made our stay very comfortable View was beautiful (see pics)
− We knew the room would be dated but thought the bathroom was far from a 4 star hotel. The shower was OK but water temperature changed all the time which meant it wasn’t very pleasant No wardrobes so had to leave clothes in suitcases

9.0The location was excellent! Next to Penn Station , which made subway rides easier! Nice big room.
− It could use a little TLC- broken shower rods warn carpet etc. The check in process could be fine tuned a bit; there were at least 30 people in line to check in and only 2 staff members- who were very pleasant and helpful in spite of the chaos!
For a short stay it’s good especially if you’re visiting.

− Rooms are immaculate and in great shape but it’s a throwback to many years ago. No room for toiletries in bathroom. No bedside light. Very low toilet.
