Ordered grey goose vodka which was expensive and after 3 drinks I caught the bar man pouring a cheaper brand

− 1- la omelet de huevos con vegetales te la cobran extra no esta incluida el resto del desayuno estándar para una habitación de 1000 dolares por no noche 2- el agua para tomar en la habitación no te lam reponen diariamente hay que pedirla 3- la ducha no0 tenia presión de agua estaba tapada tenia que usar la regadera de mano 4- las almuedas son dew fibra sintética vieja y empelotada dura (5 estrellas 1000$ por noche = plumas) *QUE ESTAFA*

− We make reservations for one bedroom with 2 queen beds but they give to us a king size bed!!! We was there for work I ask to refund me but they didn’t!! So we stay and we sleep in the same bed! This is not acceptable
I stay at 5 star properties around the world and they do it very well at the metropolitan Fabulous and we will return !

Amazing except for the bad odor in our rooms.
8.0Wonderful stay in a great location, with a lovely atmosphere and beautiful interior. The breakfast in the garden was a real highlight, and the staff were polite, welcoming, and attentive. Having a private deck where you can take a water taxi adds to the unique Venetian experience and makes the stay feel truly special.
− There was an unpleasant smell in both rooms. Considering the price, I think something should be done to prevent sewage-like smells in the rooms. We reserved two rooms on different floors, and unfortunately, both had a strong unpleasant odor, very similar to stagnant water or sewage that did not disappear after use of AC.
