Nice hotel, friendly staff, beautiful lobby. Parking is expensive and shower/toilets need fixing.
7.0Overall the hotel was nice, clean and was fine. The staff was great, from the bar restaurant to the front of the house, everyone was super friendly and nice. I checked in very late and it was easy. Front lobby is beautiful and the sitting areas are super nice.
− While the room in general was clean and beautiful, the shower had no hot water. I tried to get the hot water in the shower going a few times, and no hot water at all. Additionally, the toilet in the bathroom would not flush properly. Lastly, the parking fee was a bit expensive. I realize this is standard practice, but if you've paid to stay at the hotel, you shouldn't have to pay a $30/day additional parking fee on top of the stay.

Over the stay was wonderful, I slept so good, but the bathroom should have been clean better.
8.0Love that it was close to the airport, Hotel was very nice bed was comfortable, slept like a baby. Room and living room were clean and satisfying
− The bathroom was nasty; there was a wet yellow/brownish spot at the bottom of the toilet. Shower was disgusting there was a ring around the bathtub.

7.0The shuttle to get to the airport was convenient, location near the airport was great. Large room, clean and comfortable for a 1 night stay. Buffet breakfast with lots of options.
− The shuttle picks up at the airport once per hour. Twice an hour would be much more convenient. We barely missed the shuttle (saw it driving away) so decided to get an uber to the hotel.
