فندق استثنائي مريح محافظ على هويته القديمه والتراث التايلندي ، فيه خصوصيه وراحه ، رغم قدم المبنى ،

− لا يوجود ولا يستحق الذكر ، بسبب الرحمه بانكوك بعده عن مراكز التسوق ، بعض موظفين الاستقبال بالدور الارضي يحتاجون المزيد من الخبره والكفاءة وحسن التصرف ، اما غالبية الموظفين ودودين وخبره ويقدمون افضل الخدمات ، الفندق مقسوم الي عدد 2 مبنى ، جناحي بمبنى والمسبح وخدمة النادي الكلوب في المبنى الثاني ، بالنسبه لي شخصيا متقبل وسعيد اما الاهل يتمنون قرب المكان ، بالعموم الفندق ستبقى له ذكرى طيبه بقلبي وممكن اعيد التجربه .
فندق جميل استثنائي لعشاق التراث التايلندي محافظ على هويته القديمه ، وهدوء لمحبين الراحه و الخصوصيه ،
8.0مريح بالنسبه لي ، و طابع الفندق من التراث التايلندي ومحافظ على هويته . و اغلب الموظفين خدومين جدا وودودين .
− بعده عن المولات بسبب الزحمه في بانكوك ، ثانيا يحتوى الفندق على عدد 2 من المباني ، المسبح وخدمة النادي الكلوب بالمبنى الثاني ، نحتاج ننزل ونلف ، بالنسبه لي عادي جدا اما الاهل يحتاجون قرب الخدمات ، اخيرا بعض موظفين الريسبشن يحتاجون خبره اعمق بالتعامل ، رغم ان حجزي ( سويت كلوب ) ولنا رسيبشن خاص بالدور السادس ، إلا انني تعاملت بالدخول والخروج مع الريسبشن الاستقبال ، بالخروج قالت لي هل تناولت شي من الميني بار قلت لها لا ، وكانت بيدي زجاجة ماء ، فقال وزجاجة الماء اللي بيدك بأسلوب محقق قلت لها من النادي الكلوب وليست من ثلاجة الغرفة ، كان هذا آخر انطباع لم يعجبني من تصرفها ، ولكن بالعموم الكل ودود وخدوم وفندق يستحق الثناء والشكر ويصلح لرجال الأعمال ولي شخصيا لو كنت وحيد وليس مع الاهل مريح وبه ثقافه سيام الجميله التي نحبها .

− One of the 2 rooms we booked was not ready at 2pm, we had to remind the staff several times, as they were not proactive unfortunately.

− Rien concernant l’hôtel, Un problème à la réservation mais qui dépend plus de Booking, j’ai réservé pour 1 couple et un enfant de 11 ans, et en arrivant il n’y avait pas de 3eme lit dans la chambre. Il fallait à priori lire le petit alinéa en bas. Nous avons dû payer un supplément pour avoir un lit mais le manager de l’hôtel a été très à l’écoute et nous a arrangé au mieux avec gentillesse
