10.0Beautiful, clean, amazing location and so quiet for how central it was. The continental breakfast was fantastic, the rooms were lovely and the staff were incredibly kind helpful and accommodating!!! Imran and Michol were helpful every step of the way Anything you need or want, the staff was on their game. We were genuinely sad to leave.
− It is peak summer so understandable, but rooms could run a little warm

10.0Incredible experience, amazing service especially from Imran Pathan, Angelo, Lorenzo, and Lina. The food, ambience, hospitality was 5 star. The location is perfect and walking distance from everything. Luxurious hotel with beautiful art. Will absolutely stay here again when we visit Florence!

Luxury and proximity
10.0If you want to feel pampered, stay here. Right in the heart of town, close enough to walk everywhere but just off the beaten path, this hotel is an oasis in a bustling city. The staff will make you feel like royalty. The beds are comfortable, the rooms spacious and luxurious. The bathroom is beautiful, good water pressure, lively towels. The elevators are quite tiny but very functional. Breakfast is a veritable feast with fresh made pastries, meats, cheeses, eggs, yogurts and the most delightful cappuccino. The concierge was so helpful arranging things for us before we arrived, setting us up with a wonderful private tour guide for the city and the Uffizi. There are sometimes free tours of the Ferragamo private rooms so pay attention for those. There are self serve and full service laundry across the street if you need. Highly recommend this hotel!
