I don't know who leaves good reviews for this hotel, but the rooms are small, there is no sound insulation at all, a

− The restaurant staff (the waiters) didn't just not smile — they had such looks on their faces that you felt like you came to their house to ask them for money. The housekeepers cleaned poorly, you had to wait all day and remind them twice. There were no shower caps in the room, and the minibar was never restocked.
The staff makes you feel well taken care of!
