8.0Great staff. Everyone was competent and helpful. Hotel was clean and tidy and I liked the location, although it should not be called Grand Central since it’s between 1st and 2nd Ave’s.
− The rooms were very dark. Kids were on the same floor, but on the other side of hotel. They are older now, but if they were younger I would have bee nervous. Parking was $100 a night which is excessive.
Location was excellent. Staff were very friendly. Overall was happy.

Lovely hotel near Grand Central Station
8.0Great location- not far from grand central station. Rooms were spacious and clean with a good shower. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Perfect place to stay to explore NYC.
− Beds were slightly soft - however - we slept very well for the 4 nights we were there.

Great hotel with easy access to the sights of NYC.
9.0Clean spacious room, comfortable beds included a good take-away breakfast. We were an all female group and it felt safe, in and around the property. Good location five minutes walk to subway. Staff were friendly and always happy to help.
− The lifts could get quite busy and the hotel bar prices were expensive but otherwise a great value hotel for a weekend in the city.
