Very comfortable stay, perfect for our Pullman train, we’ll definitely stay again. trip
9.0Beautiful period building, very classy & tastefully decorated. Extremely comfortable bed, sheets pillows all gorgeous. Very clean and well maintained. Also sweets in the jar were a lovely touch.
− One of the lifts was out of action which meant we had to wait quite a while
Overall we love it here and always stay here. We recommend others do too.
9.0We like the location. It’s extremely comfortable. You can walk straight into Victoria Station from the hotel. Also major landmarks are a walk away. I would recommend walking and taking Hop On Hop Off Bus whenever you can. Some staff been there years. Otw many new staff members. Now, breakfast staff extremely attentive. We love them. Also reception and the valet. All superlative.
− At The Soak some of the staff could be more attentive. They were hit and miss. Also drinks seem watered down depending on day. One day great next day, meh. And FIX the second elevator!!!! Has it been broken for two years?
