− Fica longe do centro da cidade, porém tem um ponto de taxi no hotel.

− I did request an additional box of tissues/Kleenex and I had to repeat my request 3 times before I received it.

− I was deeply disappointed by my check-in experience. I had specifically booked a Supreme Room. However, after completing check-in and going upstairs, I discovered that I had been assigned an accessible room without being informed in advance. To be completely clear, I have no issue whatsoever with accessible rooms or with their purpose. My concern is entirely about the lack of communication, transparency, and choice. An accessible room has a noticeably different layout and bathroom arrangement from a standard Supreme Room, and I did not feel comfortable with the accommodation. The receptionist should have explained the situation before giving me the key and asked whether I was willing to accept that particular room type. Instead, I only discovered it after entering the room. I understand that room availability can sometimes be limited, but assigning a materially different room without any disclosure is not what I expect from a luxury hotel or from the Gran Meliá brand. The manner in which this was handled made me feel that the room category I had booked—and my comfort as a guest—were not taken seriously. This was supposed to be a premium stay, but my first impression was one of frustration and genuine disappointment. I hope management reviews what happened and ensures that guests are properly informed before being assigned a room with a different configuration from the one they reasonably expected.
