8.0The location. Plenty of shops close by and about 5 minute stroll to Las Ramblas. We had a lovely room with balcony overlooking the street below and the port in the distance.
− Was left waiting at reception on more than 1 occasion for a good duration while.staff were behind in the staff area. Would highly recommend a bell be placed on the reception desk in order to let staff know you are there. This can be fairly frustrating when being made to wait up to 5 minutes for a staff member to make an appearance at the reception desk.

For reservations for more than 10 people, or more than 7 nights, a prepayment is required. Once the reservation has been made a representative will contact the guest to arrange this prepayment.
