8.0La struttura si presenta molto bene, ben arredata, in ottima posizione. Una camera era molto ampia, le altre due meno, ma adeguate. Materassi comodi.
− La pulizia lasciava un po' a desiderare, in particolare polvere su alcuni oggetti d'arredo, ombre sul rivestimento chiaro della poltrona, macchie in uno dei piani doccia, davanzali e fili per la biancheria sporchi. Ci siamo fermati 2 notti e le camere non sono state rassettate.

8.0Buena ubicación, llegas andando a la Piazza del Popolo en 10 min. Habitación cómoda y grande. Buena relación precio-calidad.
− Cabe aclarar que esto no es un hotel, es una guesthouse (más específicamente, un apartamento o conjunto de oficinas reconvertido en guesthouse). Por lo tanto, la calificación de 4 estrellas no equivale a la de 4 estrellas de un hotel, sino a otro sistema de puntuación que luego determina, entre otras cosas, el impuesto diario que se debe pagar. Jeric es amable y siempre está pendiente de todo por WhatsApp, pero lo cierto es que nunca lo ves a él ni a ningún otro empleado. A diferencia de un hotel, si quieres que te limpien la habitación tienes que poner el aviso en la puerta para que lo hagan.
