− Overall, my hotel experience was amazing, and Yara at reception was especially kind and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience with Sam at luggage storage was absolutely unacceptable. He was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unnecessarily aggressive. His very slow service caused me to miss the most important appointment of my life. He then raised his voice at me and my mother in front of other guests, and his aggressive tone and intimidating looks genuinely frightened both of us. To make matters worse, he loudly demanded a tip from me twice in front of everyone, even after I clearly told him I had no cash. This was extremely embarrassing and completely inappropriate. After asking about him, I was informed that this was not the first time he had treated guests in this manner. I strongly request that management investigate this incident and his behavior thoroughly, and I expect a response by email regarding the outcome of the investigation.

4.0The location was central to a lot of different food options. McDonalds, Shake shack, Chick Fil A, 🍕 and Port Authority
− The hotel front desk failed to inform the morning staff that I paid for breakfast and each day of my stay we were asked to show proof. After we checked out is when they apologized for the mistake, and by that time it was to late.
Comfortable, cozy room. We would likely stay again, but request a better view! 😊
9.0It was very cozy and comforting to come back to after a long day exploring the city. The bed and pillows were AMAZING!!
− The rooms were pretty small for the money we paid, but you don’t spend a ton of time in your room anyway. Our view was awful! We had a view of the inside of the back of the building and all the AC units. You couldn’t even see the sky.
