9.0We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Portugal. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Everyone greeted us with a smile, and whenever we had a question or needed assistance, they were kind and helpful. Their hospitality really made us feel at home. A special thank you to the housekeeping team as well. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, everything was spotless, and we always received fresh towels. It was clear that they took great pride in their work. The rooms were modern, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. We really enjoyed staying there. The location was also excellent, with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, we had an amazing experience. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would happily stay here again!

10.0Hotel confortavel com um bom pequeno almoço. A localização é excelente proximo a estação de metrô , uma entrada praticamente em frente e leva 10 minutos para estar na Baixa, Chiado. Parques no entorno e supermercados., cafes, restaurantes.
