8.0Il fatto che l’host ci ha accolto in maniera molto cordiale. Ci ha consigliato tantissimi posti da vedere e per andare a mangiare. Si è reso sempre molto disponibile e ha saputo da subito metterci a nostro agio.
− Durante la serata, prima di andare a dormire, abbiamo avuto una spiacevole sorpresa da uno scarafaggio. Abbiamo dovuto chiamare l’host e chiedergli di cambiare alloggio. Lui ha saputo da subito trovare una soluzione al problema, trovandoci un’altra stanza, con grande professionalità.
