− 停車費住宿優惠2000日圓，但半小時550日圓，如過只是暫停一小時還車，建議直接付款不要永優惠qr code。 健身房要另外付費是我住過所有飯店唯一這樣做的。

9.0部屋からの夜景がきれいでした。部屋の広さも十分あり快適にすごせました。アメニティでバスソルトがあったのがよかったです。
Daiba is a really cool area and the hotel is really common staff are very friendly

9.0ブッフェ朝食付きプランでしたが、30階の鮨処でも食事が可能で、びっくり！ 結局ブッフェにしましたが、どれも、美味しくいただきました。食材を生かした味付けが私好みでした。生メロンジュース、娘は2杯飲みました。 Bookingcomさんで予約をして大変お得に宿泊でき、その分を年老いた母のタクシー代に充てられてヨカッタです！！

This is my top option if I come back to Daiba.
9.0The location is excellent — quiet yet convenient, with shopping centers close by. I tried the afternoon tea featuring the seasonal peach promotion, and it was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was relaxing, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.
− One minor comment is that the nearby shopping center closes fairly early, around 10 p.m. The only convenience store in the area has also shut down, which means late-night snacks are hard to come by. If you’re someone who enjoys a midnight bite, you may find yourself without options.
