Most notably was the kindness of the front desk staff, especially a gentleman named Pierre. He gave us exceptional service. This was the second time I stayed at the hotel, and it was even more fabulous than my first visit.

8.0La ubicación es perfecta; - Para pasar algún día fuera de Florencia, está justo enfrente de la estación de tren y a 15 minutos de la de autobús, además el tranvía pasa por delante. - Para visitar el centro histórico de Florencia se puede ir andando a casi todos los lugares de interés.
− - El plato de dicha es demasiado pequeño en algunas habitaciones. - Volviendo de Bolonia en tren de alta velocidad tuvimos un retraso considerable por lo que llegamos muy tarde, no fue posible que nos prepararan ni un sándwich de cortesía sabiendo que ya estaba todo cerrado.
Close to the station and beautiful quiet room
10.0The room was very nice, the breakfast was exceptional and had a very big variety. The view from the dining area is absolutely beautiful
− The staff was not of the friendliest that I have met. They made a mistake packing breakfast for 2 of us, because we had an early tour, they rectified the problem , but it took almost 30min and we were almost late for our tour. The breakfast that they packed was very disappointing, considering what you pay for the breakfast and what they can offer, they gave us 2 x small sandwiches and 1 boiled egg. No fruit or yogurt or pastries. They did give us a written apology the next day for making a mistake with the breakfast
