10.0L’hotel è veramente bello, in posizione centralissima a pochi passi dal duomo, staff gentilissimo, camera molto bella ci hanno anche fatto un upgrade con la camera con sauna, il ristorante dove servono anche la colazione all’ultimo piano con vista panoramica su tutta Firenze è stupendo

Beautiful hotel and location, rooftop amazing but need better room aircon
8.0Beautifully designed hotel, felt really special. The rooftop is great we spent many afternoons relaxing and having a drink. Staff always welcoming and helpful
− The aircon was useless unfortunately it never cooled the room down meaning every night we would wake from being too hot which meant very bad sleep.
