Good location and nice stay
10.0Polite and helpful staff. Nice atmosphere. We were able to check in early and leave our luggage on our departure date. Five to seven minutes walk to Bayswater station and ten minutes to Queensway station. The area feels safe and clean. M&S food hall around the corner and near to restaurants.
− Because it is an old building you can hear people in the corridors and when they closed the doors. Air con was efficient but a little noisy.

Public parking is available on Redan Place off Queensway High Street, a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There are also parking bays outside the hotel (subject to availability), with different rates for different vehicles. Parking is limited to a maximum of 4 hours and is free between 6:30 pm and 8:30 am.
The property features 6 floors: ground, basement, and floors 1-4. Please note that guests may be allocated a basement room based on availability.
A security deposit of GBP 50 per room is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations.
