9.0l'hotel è in una posizione strategica, in una zona molto centrale ma tranquilla. se siete ragazze, è molto comoda per ritornare la sera (dovete camminare qualche minuto ma io non ho avuto problemi) camera pulita, con shampoo e sapone + caffè e tè in busta come omaggi staff molto gentile e sempre disponibile tutto molto organizzato approvato a pieno, soprattutto con il prezzo con cui ho pagato
− magari la finestra della camera? se si hanno bambini e se si lascia aperta la finestra magari potrebbero cadere nonostante ci sia abbastanza spazio per non farlo, ma non si sa mai

10.0Overall, we had a very good stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was very convenient. Everything was good, and we really enjoyed our stay.
− The only things we didn’t like were the weak toilet flush, which was sometimes inconvenient, and the issue with the towels. We wanted to have four towels, but there were never enough, and some of them kept being taken away. It would have been better if the requested number of towels had been left in the room.

Staff gentile e disponibile, ma grave problema di infestazione da cimici da letto
2.0Abbiamo soggiornato dal 7 al 10 settembre 2026. Per il resto non abbiamo avuto particolari problemi: la struttura è in una posizione comoda, le stanze sono piccole ma con una pulizia discreta. Lo staff si è dimostrato sempre molto gentile, premuroso e celere nel venire incontro alle nostre varie richieste.
− Purtroppo, nella stanza numero 3 abbiamo riscontrato una presenza di cimici da letto (bed bugs). Abbiamo documentato l'insetto con un video, trovato tracce ematiche sul fazzoletto e riportato le tipiche punture sulla nuca nei giorni successivi. Appena informata del problema, la reception è stata immediata e gentile nel trovarci una stanza sostitutiva al piano superiore (stanza 111). Nella nuova stanza abbiamo notato che il materasso era stato sostituito di recente (inizio 2026). Tuttavia, la semplice sostituzione del materasso non risolve un'infestazione se l'intera struttura non viene disinfestata da ditte specializzate. Verificando successivamente sui portali di recensioni, risultano segnalazioni di insetti e cimici in questo hotel che risalgono indietro nel tempo. Ci dispiace molto perché il personale è davvero cortese e disponibile, ma si tratta di un problema igienico-sanitario grave e non risolto all'origine che causa un fortissimo stress agli ospiti.
