Personas de habla hispana, muy agradables y serviciales. Café, chocolate y té gratuitos. Cocina perfectamente equipada. Las vistas espectaculares y una buena ubicación. Nos dejaron una cama plegable de cortesía.

Abbiamo soggiornato 8 giorni in questo appartamento, trovandolo pulitissimo e dotato di ogni comfort. La cucina è super accessoriata (kit stoviglie incluso) e il bagno offre kit di cortesia e asciugacapelli. Impeccabile la pulizia di metà soggiorno, con anche il cambio asciugamani. La posizione sulla 49esima è comoda e abbastanza centrale. Le fermate della metro non sono adiacenti, ma per chi ama camminare è perfetto per esplorare. Per raggiungere il Financial District, il World Trade Center o Brooklyn o altro la metro è comunque necessaria. Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Una chicca imperdibile è il meraviglioso rooftop Ophelia situato nella struttura.

− Unica nota minore: il bagno è un po' compatto e avrebbe bisogno di qualche piccolo ritocco a livello strutturale.

The location is very convenient for exploring Manhattan. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a separate living room and bedroom, which we really appreciated. The terrace with a view toward the river was another nice feature. The hotel also accepts Amazon deliveries, which was very convenient during our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, we felt the hotel offered very good value for money, especially considering the location and the amount of space.

− Housekeeping was somewhat inconsistent, and during our week-long stay the room could have been cleaned more thoroughly. To be fair, we sometimes kept the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door for part of the day, so this may have contributed to it. The kitchen equipment could also be improved: the knives were very blunt, and the glass cutting board, while probably hygienic, was quite uncomfortable to use. The air conditioning units in both the bedroom and the living room were very noisy. This wasn’t a major problem for us because we sleep with earplugs, but for light sleepers the noise could be quite disturbing.

the staff, two men on reception were really kind

− it felt dark and dingy, i was alone and didn't feel safe - a staff member told me he'd been working there 4 years and didn't even know the room I was in existed - it felt like it hadn't been cleaned very well, and I had to go and ask them to plug the lights in when I arrived late at night because none were working. overall not a comfortable stay for a solo woman

A localização é razoável!

− Propaganda enganosa, as imagens dos quartos não são reais, quando reclamei eles falaram que era ilustrativo, em 20 anos de booking foi a primeira vez que ouvi isso, surreal, espero que o booking tome providência! 3000 mil dólares 5 dias em um lugar pequeno, sujo e desconfortável, o chuveiro não esquentar, a cama é desconfortável, toalha suja!

Очень красивый вид с балкона, апартамент просторный. Очень близко до всех достопримечательностей.
