Great location but on the 4th floor

− We did not realize the apartment was on the 4th floor. 52 steps. Having my 75 year old mother, we might have booked elsewhere; however, it all worked out.

8.0Excellent location (2 mins walk from St Mark’s square), very comfy beds and great communication from our host, Rossana.
− Small points….Air con machine outside the double bedroom was very noisy one night, the tv was not a smart tv had VERY limited channels. The apartment is in the 4th floor (no lift)….no problem for us but might be a consideration for those with mobility issues.

9.0L'appartamento era molto accogliente e pulito, luminoso e dotato di diversi comforts. Camere spaziose e letti comodi, bagno grande. La posizione era eccellente, a ridosso di Piazza San Marco, con vista sui tetti del centro storico. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile.
− Palazzo non ristrutturato, scale difficoltose, non c'è area dedicata ai rifiuti. Un unico appunto all'appartamento: le piastrelle della doccia, per quanto cromaticamemte in linea col resto del bagno, non sono antiscivolo, bisogna prestare attenzione.
