− Room smelled of cigarettes . One elevator not working, causing long wait for elevator, especially at check out time, no soap , bathroom sink not draining properly, no coffee maker in room
Awesome locatiom but hotel in need of serious renovations.
7.0Exceptional Location.
− We were given room 410. A very noisy room as it was close to the ventilation system. My child was bit by some nasty insects all over. The AC and furniture were from the 1970s. We ended up changing room due to the bites. We were moved to the 5th floor. Slightly better furnishing( maybe the 1980s) but the toilet smelled of mold. Very uncomfortable experience overall. Terribly slow elevators. Hotel room corridors smelt awful.

9.0Comodidad , ubicación , amabilidad del personal , espacio en la habitación algo difícil en NY, Cafe de cortesía por las mañanas, todo muy bien . Buena zona .
− La zona de la Cocina no tenia nada mas que fregadero microondas y neverita, se echa en falta algún vaso ,plato , cubierto, o alguna cosa así .
