10.0It is a very attractive and well located hotel. Our room was clean and very pleasant to stay for two nights.

1.0− ホテルの一方的な都合により、予約確定をしていた部屋から、グレードダウンされてしまった。 健康面の問題で、広いベッド(キングベッドルーム)を確約していたのに、狭いベッド(クイーンベッドルーム)になってしまいました。非常に残念です。事前に宿泊代金を支払っているのに、この対応です。信じられないです。すぐにBooking.comのカスタマーセンターへ、ホテルの非常識な対応を報告しました。 全ての顧客に対して、公平な運営を要求します。 ２名の宿泊なのに、スリッパも１名分しかありませんでした。色々と謎です。
