10.0The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The service has been excellent, and the communication has been on point throughout our stay. The staff are incredibly accommodating, especially the reception and concierge teams, who have been exceptionally friendly and helpful. They've made our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!
Perfect Hotel for Florence
10.0This hotel is beautiful and perfectly situated for walking anywhere in Florence. The customer service was even better. They accommodated a last minute request for a roll away bed in our room as well as made staying an unexpected extra night when our flight was canceled seamless. The concierge gentlemen that works nights was so kind and informative. Truly helped us figure out how to get to Rome airport when our flight was canceled a second day. I highly recommend this hir and would stay here again.
You won’t be disappointed!!!
