10.0The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The location was perfect! Could walk to everything. Best location other than actually staying in gion. I was very happy I chose this place. We booked the deluxe room and loved it. The bathroom was amazing! Shower was the best. I would say good morning to the toliet!!
− There was nothing I didn’t like. But I think they should not advertise breakfast included. Breakfast is not until 8:30am and we we gone by 6 to make sure we beat the crowds. It made me feel like I missed out on value (which I didn’t). The staff was accommodating and offered to bring us a few beers instead. They probably do it to compete with other places that do or don’t offer breakfast but I didn’t get it. Not a big deal at all but seemed odd. Seriously. With or without breakfast this place is great!
