Worst check in ever
5.0The hotel is OK and clean,.rooms have been renovated recently and the location is good of course
− BUT check-in was an absolute nightmare and took nearly 2 hours. After paying for the room the receptionist asked us to wait for around 5 minutes in the lobby until the room is ready. Well, it didn't stay with these 5.mimutes... In the end we had to wait nearly 2.hohrs.and there was no communication at all. No apology, nothing. The lobby was full of people waiting for their rooms to be ready (at 5 PM, so way after the check in time) and staff didn't seem to care at all. I have stayed.in hundreds of hotels around the world but this was the worst check in experience ever. I understand that delays can happen due to staffing shortages but the way this was handled by the reception staff was absolutely terrible and they didn't communicate at all. We wasted 2 .hours of our time and weren't even offered a glass of water or an apology. Never again Hyatt.
