− Just the elevators took long time
We expected more from a Hyatt Regency
7.0Excellent location, right next to Times Square. The staff was excellent, friendly, and always happy to help. They allowed us to check in early, which was greatly appreciated. The rooms are modern and very clean.
− These were among the smallest queen-size beds we encountered, and the beds were also quite uncomfortable. The combination of the small size and lack of comfort significantly affected the quality of our sleep. The shower does not meet the standard I would expect from a four-star hotel. It has a shower curtain, the water pressure is relatively weak, and it takes quite a while for the hot water to come through, especially in the early morning. In fact, most of the motels we stayed at during our trip had better showers. Overall, regarding the room, we expected much more from a Hyatt Regency. It is also worth noting that there do not seem to be enough elevators for a hotel of this size. In the mornings, we sometimes had to wait 5 to 10 minutes for an elevator to arrive that actually had enough space for us to ride down.

1.0− Hôtel mal organisé. Chambre attribuée à 9pm au lieu de 3pm, aucune explication ou compensation financière de la part de l’hôtel. Aucune réponse de leur service clients malgré ma réclamation et promesse du gérant de l’hôtel de faire quelque chose. Personnel de l’accueil mal formé, aucun sens de la gestion de la clientèle. Indigne de la chaine Hyatt
