10.0Lovely breakfast lovely hotel great position room was beautiful - lovely little balcony opening onto the street - fabulous Dyson hairdryer !!! Really lovely hotel
− The staff were pretty good but just could have been a little more welcoming - I know it’s a busy hotel but just felt they could have been a bit more friendly ….. they were efficient however and did their job very well The doorman when we were leaving was just beautiful and helped us get a taxi - even though he had to walk a bit down the street !! Thank you very much to him

9.0La décoration. Le confort des chambres.Le personnel et notamment Vanessa à la réception pour sa gentillesse et son attention . L'emplacement proche des grands magasins.
− Le sèche cheveux qui n'est pas du tout agréable: fil trop court et non extensible, difficile en le branchant de se faire un brushing.
