I was so exhausted for all the running around and the Driving to get there we just went to bed. I will never stay there
2.0Nice on the outside. Clean and attentive polite staff. I got a disable parking space at the entrance.
− Was given wrong number for accessible room x 2 . Each time i struggled with large suitcase, a toddler, teenager in Wheelchair and the bag along long corridors to discover door would not open. Second time a member of the concierge Team came with me he used his pass key to discover the room was already occupied. Third and final time, different room. All looked well.. shower chair was so rusty the wheels would not move. Bathroom door was sliding door. Which was not fixed at the bottom so it pulled away in my opinion this was dangerous. The drawer to the desk was hanging off. Room in general was in poor decorative order Tatty and dated, which was a stark contrast to the rest of the hotel.
We had a great stay and managed to do everything we needed and wanted to do in London.

− The breakfast service was disappointing. Small choice of cereals. No bananas on offer. Food temperature was not good. Cold and poorly cooked and insipid looking bacon. Lack of fried eggs on display.

10.0Location is excellent, 5 minutes from High St Kensington underground and buses connecting everywhere! Staff so nice in the hotel. Handy self service snack bar area open 24hrs. Hotel was very clean. Nothing to fault.
