8.0I got a complimentary upgrade, so the view was wonderful. Also the size of the room was good, plant of unfussy space.
− Nothing in particular. The (empty) fridge buzzed all night and there was no teaspoon. But that’s all.

− Rooms tired furniture outdated. Noisy with extraction just outside. Waited and queued 10 minutes for coffeee at breakfast only 2 machines working TV didn’t work no connection

5.0Good location for sightseeing. Quiet area. Great staff and good food.
− Bar closed at 22.30 with limited public seating area to finish drinks. Most areas, apart from the foyer, in need of updating. Toilet in room was faulty on arrival but fixed fairly quickly. Our room, a Superior Double, only had one dining type chair, a huge table and chest of drawers which would benefit from being swapped for a small sofa. The double glazing and the windows are in dire need of cleaning, it spoilt an amazing view. No bottled water but the fridge was a bonus.

7.0Location and breakfast were good.
− The hotel is in a good location, which is one of its main advantages. However, unfortunately, our experience with the reception staff was disappointing, particularly regarding their treatment of guests. Our flight was delayed, and when we finally arrived at the hotel, the receptionist initially refused to give us our room, claiming that we had arrived late and that the hotel was busy. After a lengthy discussion and reviewing the booking terms, we eventually managed to get our room. The situation was even more disappointing on the day before our departure. Since our flight was scheduled for late in the evening, we asked for a few extra hours for late check-out. One of the reception staff agreed to this request. However, on the morning of our departure, another receptionist (Mr. Dina) informed us that the extension was not approved and cancelled the previous agreement. Unfortunately, the inconsistent handling of our requests and the way we were treated by some members of the reception staff left us with a very negative impression. While the location is good, the level of customer service and communication at reception needs significant improvement.
