10.0Fabulous hotel. We were so pleased with our choice. Excellent service, beautiful decor, everything you would want in the rooms including bottles of water which were replaced daily. Rooms were pristine with really comfortable beds. All the staff were very friendly and professional. Great location with tube station across the road and museums etc within easy walking distance . We would definitely recommend.

A great hotel in lovely South Kensington
10.0This is a lovely hotel. Great location close to the tube stop and some gorgeous local Pubs walking distance. A nice walk to Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. We paid a little extra and upgraded our room to a junior suite. It was a great size. Wonderful staff and delicious breakfast. A great stay. We will return.

− The price had dropped dramatically the day we checked in and our price was much higher. Also was told we could check in at 1.30 so we returned to the hotel at 1.30 only to be told to come back at 3pm.
