Accueil très fluide. Facilité pour laisser les bagages à l'arrivée avant que la chambre soit prête et idem au départ. Malheureusement nous n'avons pas pu profiter du rooftop privatisé pour un événement, mais il semble superber. Piscine et spa très agréables, malgré un sol très glissant et une température ambiante élevée.

− Le petit-déjeuner est bien présenté, mais la qualité des produits n'est pas exactement au rendez-vous. Dommage. C'était quand même bien.

We absolutely loved our stay at NYX London Holborn! We booked a staycation here after our registry office wedding, and the team went above and beyond to make it feel like a really special occasion. We were welcomed with prosecco and sweets on arrival, and there was another bottle of prosecco and some lovely cupcakes waiting for us in the room! The service throughout our stay was fantastic. Everyone we encountered was so welcoming and attentive, which really made a difference. I also loved the modern, artistic design of the hotel. Our room was a great size, spotlessly clean and had everything we could have needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, there were very soft dressing gowns and slippers. We also had dinner and drinks at Midtown Bar & Dining downstairs, and the food was genuinely amazing and very reasonably priced. The drinks were great too, and the live musician playing during our visit added to the atmosphere. The service was once again excellent. We enjoyed it so much that we’d happily come back to the restaurant even if we weren’t staying at the hotel! The location was also perfect for us as we were going to see Pitbull at BST that weekend, and being so close to Holborn tube station made getting around really easy.

− Our only slight disappointment was Sabine Rooftop Bar. We found the food and drinks there quite expensive and didn’t particularly enjoy the cocktails, although this is personal preference. As we visited during the daytime, the atmosphere wasn’t quite what we expected, and we imagine it would be much better in the evening. There was also a private event taking place, so we couldn’t stay for long. The service there, however, was great like everywhere else

Excellent place to stay in London! The location is absolutely perfect, very convenient for exploring the city. Our room was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed, with great air conditioning, which was especially appreciated in July. The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!
