4.0De ruimtes . Alle benodigde apparatuur aanwezig.
− Rioollucht in badkamer. Ontbreekt waarschuwing voor onveiligheid op straat bij het appartement. Zelf overvallen op 40 meter van appartement. Veel tijd met politie moeten besteden , zowel eerste als tweede dag.

− On top of a hill and then up some stairs, not easy to get to if you struggle with this. Toilet sink was clogged with a lot of hair.

7.0Conforto e limpeza. Contudo na impossibilidade de se ter serviços diários de limpeza, era bom se disponibilizar vassoura ou algo similar, para permitir que o hóspede faça limpezas básicas durante o tempo de estadia.
− Localização do apartamento no 4o andar, sem elevador. Mas o conforto compensou.

− Puzza di fogna al primo piano. Se si arriva con i mezzi con valigie attenzione alla scalinata per raggiungere appartamento dalla metro.
Week end in famiglia
8.0Appartamento ampio. Ottima qualità prezzo. C'era tutto in necessario per una mini vacanza in famiglia. Supermercati vicini. Vicino al centro.
− Sarebbe il caso di sostituire le porte, soprattutto quella di ingresso. Un po di rumore quando i vicini passavano. Zona non bellissima da girare di sera però non ho mai avuto problemi.

9.0La casa es HERMOSA, la cama del cuarto principal comodísima. Los cuartos amplios, me encantó que tenga dos baños. Y esa terraza o patio externo que placer!!! Hermosísimo departamento. Y la ubicación estaba bastante bien.
− Si tengo que resaltar algo negativo serían los baños, principalmente el del pasillo, que sacaba un olor bastante feo. También la ducha del cuarto principal, si bien era buenisima, no la podías disfrutar mucho y tenías que usarla con poca potencia (poca agua) porque no drenaba bien el agua, se inundaba al toque y entonces me daba miedo que se vaya el agua al baño. Pero fue mucho más lo positivio que lo negativo del depto!
