2.0I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The staff member on duty in the morning when we checked in was extremely rude. He started threatening us about baggage issues and even told us to leave the hotel. On the day of checkout, he insisted we must leave by 11:00 AM, even though on Expedia it clearly says checkout time is 12:00 noon. staff started pressuring us to leave immediately, saying we were not allowed to stay after 11. Is this how you treat guests? Before booking, we specifically asked about luggage storage, and they confirmed through Expedia messages that it would be arranged but once we arrived, they refused. They also claimed they would arrange airport pickup, and when we agreed, they stopped responding on Expedia and instead shared their personal contact details, which felt unprofessional. Overall, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. I’m also disappointed in Expedia for allowing such hotels to operate on their platform.
