10.0The top-level facilities: modern spacious room, 24-h dining at the ground-floor club (high-quality food), the library and reading room on M floor (the Den), the 20th floor offers a pool with great skyline view, fitness center, and Japanese-style onsen. The view on the 25th floor is unparalleled, enjoyed the skyline view of the whole city while falling asleep and waking up in the morning. On top of these, the professional hotel staff, who are always very polite and helpful, especially Tubtim, Louis, and Ruby. Also the very gentle female attendant at the ground-floor Club restaurant. Furthermore, a great grocery store steps always where you can obtain anything for a long-term or a weekend stay. Plus many restaurant options in the neighborhood.

Great stay with very friendly staff!
10.0Very happy with our stay at Staybridge Thonglor! We loved having connecting rooms for me and my two kids — clean, comfortable and made us feel at ease. The staff were so warm and friendly. Thank you Jeak for the cute towel decorations for our anniversary, and Bella, Louis, Tong and Neurig at reception for making us feel so welcome. Only downside is the bathroom design — no wet/dry separation, so the floor gets quite wet. We also loved that it’s paw-friendly and got to meet so many cute dogs!
