8.0We thought it would be closer to the attractions and sights. Staff were less than helpful when checking out and needing transport for luggage...we had to organise ourselves. Not very willing to give extra pillows upon arrival and generally not very helpful. The room was a great size for 4, 2 seperate bedrooms, 2 toilets and lounge but we would prefer to be closer to main attractions/shops

10.0Comfortable, welcoming and helpful. Lobby area with seats – relax and read helpful info sheets + Decaf coffee in lobby area Laundry area – able to borrow a laundry basket and the washing hanging racks were very useful. Great size room with kitchen area with a table and comfortable chairs – made it easy to relax and eat a meal together. Good size freezer + fridge. Loan of a toaster and umbrellas good too. Bathroom with 2 sinks and a shower/bath + change of towels good. Able to leave luggage. Clean and things working in rooms. Supermarket very close and were very helpful. Able to walk from/to Kyoto station or take the bus. Roof terrace + gym - hope to use if we return to Kyoto.

10.0Terrific hotel. The kitchen was awesome and allowed us to have breakfast in our suite every morning. Service was excellent. Laundry machines convenient and three minute walk from a subway station across the bridge. Did i mention there is a supermarket across the street?
