10.0I loved my stay in The Tokyo Station hotel. Everything about this hotel is beautiful. The service in this hotel is Impeccable. The decor and the spacious room suites made this establishment even more impressive. The staff and management are very lovely, professional and accommodating. They made our stay wonderful. It’s in a great location as well, right in Tokyo. The bar and restaurants are chill and relaxing. Very popular with great menu options. The hotel and Rooms are always clean and welcoming.

The hotel's entrance is right next to the Marunouchi South Exit of Tokyo Station. From the Shinkansen (bullet train)'s exit or the Narita Express platform, please follow the sign for the Marunouchi South Exit.
Due to the large number of guests arriving between 15:00 and 17:00, please be advised that it may take time to check in. Luggage storage is available both before and after check-in.
